Lately I work as an affiliate. My videos whenever I posted went up on the second or third day. I started using a strategy that they taught me of every video I post. I open 5 tabs with each different email account and let the video run so the views are counted. After I started to do this, youtube started to check my account and ask for verification, that is, whenever I entered the account I had to have a cell number to receive a cell phone in order to confirm that I am the owner of that account. Then they blocked my videos that I upload and no more appears every time I upload. I deleted all my accounts and created a new one and even then every video I upload does not appear anymore after 2 or 3 days in searches! I'm afraid they blocked my ip!

Probably Yes. You could use Proxy for that job.
For now I think you should get a proxy / RDP or VPS to get your job done :)

Já a pessoa que me ensinou faz esse processo de visualizações com 20 falsificações de contas, abrindo 5 guias em cada uma para poder ter pelo menos 100 visualizações em seu vídeo antes de fazer o upload e com ele certo! Eu já estou tendo problemas com o youtube!

Sorry, I don't understand Portuguese
But I think you should purchase some views from Marketplace section instead of buying IP generator or other stuff like that :)
It's 2019 ! Increasing views by opening multiple tab isn't a good idea
