There are people here who do that, just like in any other forum. But that is not the main focus of this forum or of BlackHat in general. In a broad sense, blackhat is using supposedly "dark" methods to manipulate search engines into ranking your site high in thier search results. How you monetize them is up to you.
Their is a lot of good info for free here. I generaly ignore most sellers of information.

I gain good information every time I visit. And yes there are people that try to market their guides and tools. There are more pros than cons here.
