To be honest with you usually if someone has figured out how to send "traffic" and bank they will not share such information. Best thing to do is call up your cousin have them sign on to some networks and start sending traffic let us all know how it goes. Note I would think of a different method

What ad networks work with really crappy bot traffic. Don't you think if such networks existed they would be out of business by now?
Don't be foolish. Buy good quality traffic and create compelling content that would make said traffic stick to the page.
