How often can u post into a group with 1 Acc (2019)

Hey,

this is the question for people who are still posting into FB groups

If you have take the most value by posting with "1 Real Personal FB account" into Facebook groups

how many groups can/would u joing per day
how many posts can/would u make into these groups

until FB will block u for spaming

(posting content would be greyhat~ so abit annoying to people)

I post 5-10 per day safely. I got banned before and it’s damn near permanent AND your banned on IG also if fb bans your url

Well i have done a split test on this in the past and i thought i would share it with you.. Actually i created 2 fresh accounts and joined 8-9 groups which were same for both the accounts... From one account i started posting 8-10 times a day but the content was all relevant and informative, besided i did not included any url and i kept it on for around 15 days then i started posting links and also decreased my posts to 4-5 per day and i did not had any problem whats so ever... From 2nd account i started with 4-5 posts but i would always place a link and on 3rd day fb limited my account and asked me verify myself... So it all depends on what u post

when u created a fresh account -> when did u start joining -> and when (day?) did u started posting into groups? that would be interesting

It all depends on your Fb account metrics , the older your account with huge post likes the more groups you can post to. Try to keep an interval of 3 hours in between 5 posts. Never post the same thing in more than 5 groups. Try avoid giving external links . Encourage people to comment to your posts and ask them to inbox you. I am following this method for more than a year and i have been never banned.
