there are too many courses about it. just google it or you can find them on youtube. it's too easy you will make it for just 15-20 min.
try your way. it's better than ask someone to make it for you. if you will need to make corrections or some little changes there you can't ask always for someone. trust me tutorials are better for learning

I would have a look at plugins that make creating pages really easy, something like PageBuilder has plenty of tutorials
