How much do you think a CPA AM makes?

My AM over at Affiliate.com told me he barely gets jack salary wise ($30,000) and would much rather jump to the affiliate side

I'm still wondering why didn't they already? If you were an AM, you'd get all the info and data about the traffic, what works, know the industry inside out, blablabla, wide in the open.

If I were them, I'd know what to do

I did read that thread, and there was valuable information in it.

AM's don't make anywhere near 5% they make less than 1%. There's a CPA company based in Colorado, or they used to be. I knew the owner personally and we had quite a few long chats. Trust me, they are no where near 6 figures.
Ok we'll maybe a few of them here and there, but VERY VERY few.

I'm sure you can safely make the assumption that most AMs are running campaigns on the side with an EIN or something of that sort

i think being an AM is just gathering information,then they use that information to make some real money.

of course they also get the base salary

maybe i should do some JV with AMs.haha

The AMs I've talked to never sounded like they were raking in the big bucks.

With a wealth of information offered on a silver platter, I'm still wondering why they aren't

Well I think it's like you enter a big prize lottery contest where no one in the lottery company and their relatives are allowed to enter the lottery itself.

But again, if they quit the CPA company they sure know how to rake in big bucks

That's exactly the point. The knowledge they gain on the inner workings of CPA company is extremely valuable. When they leave they will know every 'trick' of what's acceptable and what isn't.

Even working as an AM for a year would give you a huge advantage.
