Twitter password reset endless loop

It was asking to change password right after i change the password. Tried it 4x and its endless. anyone experiencing it too?

i can't login into a second browser since ~one week

if i try a second login via
•pw reset •m@il •mobile# •smscode •new pw ( the old one )

the login works but the other browser is logged out

The account has been flagged for some reason, it's in the pva,email lock loop.
