Can i want refund?

I pay 10 rotating proxy for use check all intitle on google via scrapebox, but i used 1 connection for 1 keyword all proxy got 503 status. Im just imported 370 keyword.

I read featured 10 rotating proxy = 200 IP, if all work 1 connection for 1 keyword i have 200 keyword with result.

I try 10 minutes later because rotating / 10 minutes nothing same result all proxy got 503 status.
