Good Dedicated Hosting

Well today I got some much traffic to my websites that Hostgator suspended my account for flooding (over 50% CPU Utilization). I got them to re-enable the webistes but I need to find a dedicated host that offers Cpanel. Anyone got some good host they have or have used in the pass?

I have had with them a lot of Dir*ect Connect servers.

Dual core with 1gb ram goes for $100 and it has 100mbit unlimited pipe.

(truely unlimited, i tested it myself with a lot big dc servers which 24h/day use as much bandwith as possible)
