[HELP] to get US traffic (A to Z steps) please!

Dear Experts, i am going to create a new website related to health niche, but i am living in tire 2 country but i want to show that website to US people, So What are the important steps should i take to target US? (A to Z settings)
Kindly give your valuable tips and suggestions

Wouldn't make any sense documenting A-Z on how to get targeted US audience as that would take the whole day from the individual trying to do such.

My Tips would be ;

1. If your source of traffic is SEO: Although, This Niche is way saturated and dominated by authority websites. Your best bet will be getting working on long tail traffic targeted at US audience when going through your keyword research.

2. Referral: Since SEO could take your time to start seeing traffic ( Audience), I will recommend starting with QUORA / REDDIT. Pitch yourself as an expert then contextually link out to your blog when providing answers to people's questions. This approach would bring solid referral traffic if you could answer 10 questions a day for the first 10 to 15 days of launching your website.

3. Social: The least I will recommend are facebook groups related to health Niche as they always get you restricted from posting random links especially if you a new member, Are you on budget? you could build your audience around your website facebook page and they will be yours forever.

You just need to show stats of US traffic or have the actual traffic from US?

If you just need to show stats like Alexa/Simialrweb - that is an easier task and you just need to update your stats. If you look for US traffic you can buy it or get via SEO and/or promotions (manual shares and so on).

It doesn't matter wherever you hosting your website - Offshore or Popular hosting companies like Godaddy , Namecheap etc.

What does really count is the audience you're proffering solution to and how best your able to Geo-Target your audience in this case ( US ) .

I have a healthy blog and I'm waiting for adsense approval since one month.
Traffic - BIG PROBLEM ! Very very very hard. You need to buy some packages from SEO section but are very expensive. Like 200$ per package.
I'm looking like you for traffic but I will be more than now after adsense approval.

If I could make one suggestion, I'd say to make sure any content is written by a native US english speaker. Just based on the copy in your post here you will trouble attracting a US audience. US eyeballs will ignore you if the English isnt spot on.
