FB Ad Breaks Country Help

Hi guys

Is it possible to place ad breaks if you live in a country that is not supported by FB ? The page's country is set to US since the creation of the page.

Is it something else they are looking for ?

I am also using instant articles and audience network without problems.

It says that my country is not eligible for ad breaks. I know in the past people worked around this by adding a US address to the page and an admin that lives in US. Does this still work ?
