IS THIS ILLEGAL?300000 SCHOOL EMAIL LIST

Im a uni student who currently graduated but im still able to access my school email and this school based email has a directory list of the emails of over 300000 students. is it possible to use a custom email (so it looks legit) to then promote cpa offers such as freebies coupons to this students? is this illegal?i cant find info regarding this in the law books of my country singapore.
this will definitely leaves traces even if i dont use my personal school email to send out the offers or even if i use VPN with a custom email....second option can i then sell this list? selling it wont leave any traceback so is it a safer option?

Stealing data = illegal (no matter what others say). You could be tried in court if they manage to prove the point (digital forensics examiners are much smarter than you think ). In addition, if you happen to live in an eu country, you are fucked even more. Be careful of what you do. Don't land in jail lol.

What spamming? You're going to send out a mass amount of unsolicited emails to a bunch of emails you obtained what your university might see as illegally, and will breach no doubt some kind of data law and COULD result in you being kicked out.

Just because you have access to it, that doesn't mean you have the right to share / sell these email addresses.

If you want to be 100% sure, speak to a lawyer in Singapore and see what they suggest, but if you can't do the crime,then don't do the crime if it is illegal out there.

Maybe you could use the emails to create a lookalike audience in facebook ad account and sell them products though facebook ads by promoting your e commerce website...?
