Hi, right now i am selling btc to trusted people for skrill and neteller , but my neteller is now frozen and i am about to call them , but idk what to say? for example if i say to paypal that few of my transactions are btc related they will ban 100%.

well here for example https://coingate.com/accept-bitcoin , they accept skrill ant neteller , so it's not against their TOS ?

they will ban you, if they ask about transactions tell them u r doing trasactions with friends and family member

otherwise ill open merchant account with them and provide my exchange website, business docs and so on?

This is a circle that I would not suggest to go with. They don't like crypto exchanging and you cannot to do it for long + risking account shutdown. you can exchange BTC but you will have to talk with them before, explain about your business, etc. All of those payment processors were created for merchandise/products. not exchanging coins/alts etc. It's pretty new for them so they currently don't know how to eat this cake. Let the regulators work around with it or simply find a third party to support your biz for a small %. (Localbitcoin, etc.)

You have no exchange license so they will ban you if you go this way
