Need a Document for My PayPal

Hi, i really need documents (identity, SSN & VCC) for my U.S PayPal but can't pay because my funds are pending. I already have $50+ but can't claim it because of this and most providers here only accept btc that I don't have at this time.

My paypal will probably hold the money for 30 days or so before releasing it.

Is there a way around this?

I'm practically going out of business.
