Start what? Have a plan. It's not something people will spoonfeed you. You have to figure something out. For inspiration try some of the methods shared in this forum. Use the search function for that please.

$200 isn't a lot of money in this game OP so just throwing your cash at it isn't going to get you results. Start reading through the forum and you'll see the kind of things you can try. Pick one and stick with it for a while. Don't spend your money until you need to.
