How to generate a single link for a multi-geography affiliate program

Hi all, is there a free and easy way to generate a single link that automatically redirects users to the correct link based on their geographical location?

Example: Single link 1

If from Germany, Single link 1 uses the German affiliate link
If from UK, Single link 1 uses the UK affiliate link
If from none of the above, use the default website link

Can you please elaborate?

I just want the link to direct users to the right affiliate link based on their geography. I could obviously just lay out the various options for them to select themselves eg. US, UK, Germany. But it doesn't look that neat so want to put one link instead. Thanks.
