How much are you guys spending on proxies?

Hey!

I'm really trying to get into this whole Instagram child accounts method but the costs are seriously adding up and to be honest, I'm doubting it A LOT. I am just trying to run 40 accounts and I see some people running thousands. I can't figure it out.

40 accounts cost me 60$ one time, 10 of which are already banned even at insanely slow speeds. So I will include 10 accounts from Valar at 1.50 each in my month expenses.

So here are my MONTHLY costs:

10 accounts banned: 15$
20 good proxies: 80$
Jarvee: 70$
VA to run it all: 50$

Total: 215$ month and I am losing 20% of my accounts at this rate. It seems very expensive considering the risk that I may never even have any great accounts.

What are your 2 cents?

Since you "try" to understand how to do things, why not start with 5 or 10 accounts for two weeks to see how they work?

Tips:
1. create your own accounts (here in the forum there are methods for that).
2. proxy, generally many will say that they use 4G or residential proxy, I use a data center and I have worked like silk (look in the market).
3. use GMT2, although Jarvee is a good bot, you will only lose your money if you do not operate the accounts correctly.

People who run thousand accounts dont buy proxies - make their own, dont buy accs - make their own, some even dont use services like smspva because they have own automated sms verifications systems, some dont use paid bots - they make their own bots for follows, likes, dms etc.

Btw - you need VA to run jarvee - its good tool, but not everything can be automated fully there. Running 1k or more accounts with jarvee or any tool sold on market would be pain on ass.

OP - you pay $80 for 20 proxies so $4 per proxy, you cant get real ipv4 residential proxies for this price so you get datanceter proxies - this are worth ~$1 per so you put around $60/mo in the toilet.

I wish I could find a reliable 1$ per month proxy but I haven't yet. I tried Valar and a few more. Eventually I bit the bullet and went with Rsocks Instagram ones. If you have a reliable source, please PM it to me, I would be thankful!

I really need to look into how people are making their own proxies. I see the potential of Instagram but I'm off to a bad start.

Before starting to bot, buy proxy and other things. put that VA to hand build you some quality accounts and then start paying money on proxies bots etc. If you have good accounts, your expenses will be paid off in the long run. If you buy shitty accounts you already loose from the start.

I suggest to start with less accounts - 10 accounts until you master the growth process. Then once you had solid results with those accounts just scale

We spend at least $4+ per proxy as they are HQ and for client management. To pay an extra more for a piece of mind is fully worth it.

I use proxy from blazingseo (~1.2$/month / proxy) and proxy from ovh (vps + 15 proxy). OVH it's not bad, you pay only once for ip (3usd) and monthly fee for vps (~3-4usd).
(yes, yes, i know reverse ip is datacenter etc etc)
Example. you buy vps and 15 proxies 4 usd x 1(vps) and 15 x 3 usd proxy <-- first month (49usd) , second and next month only 4usd .....
If you use it reasonably, you insta accs is safe.

Running 15 accs on Saly's and 10 on Valar's, no issues so far, so you might want to look into mobile proxies as from what I've heard they are better than residential and definitely better than datacenter and from what you guys are saying end up costing as much as all the other quality proxies per account.

You can definitely knock that down with a decent provider at a cheaper price.
There's many that offer proxies sub $3 per proxy.

I pay about $2 for mine on a well respected service for the number of proxies you have.
That'll put $40 back in your control to do something else with.

Also, no need to have Jarvee unless its necessary. Most other bots can do what you need.
A VA would not be necessary if you used another bot.

There's $90 month back to be put to better uses if you didn't switch from Jarvee.

There'd be at least $150 month if you did switch.

Best thing you can do is control the cash flow so its put to best uses rather than waste.

I don't have time to run Instagram. I have a good career that takes up at least 50 hours per week, 2 young kids and i travel a lot for work. I need to concentrate on the money printing aspect of my business and pay VAs for the rest. If someday Instagram brings in good money, I'll put more thought into it. For now, all of my money comes from elsewhere.

GMT 2 is a great piece of software, and be careful when trying proxies.
