Stand to work, it really helps. If u feel tired at the beginning, u can sit a while every say, 3 hours or adjust yourself, step around a bit, stretch a bit, etc, only downside of stand to work is, u maybe feel less productive at the beginning, but when u can afford a good standing desk, u are good to go.

There are many articles about standing to work is not that good as thought, but after ultimate research about this topic, I can conclude stand to work, is a must, for us, IMers.

"Mind over matter."

A lot of health problems are actually derived from stress.

Block out all people that bring stress to your life — there may be more people harming you than you think.

In case you work long hours online, exercise 3-4 times a week. Exercise is not a privilege but a must. Most of us don't exercise hard enough to get to the point where your body is exhausted to release unhealthy stress levels. Exercise reduces stress by a lot. You need to exercise a few times a week to see the effect. Once in every blue moon is simply not enough. You need more consistency!

Read. Read something that you currently need in order to move ahead with your life. I bought a book by the name "The Subtle Art Of Not Giving a F*ck". Finished that book in under 2 days. It was the best investment of the year so far. Try to read books that reflect a current life situation, a problem, a difficulty - anything you struggle with right now. You're always going to find a book on the subject, no matter what your situation may be.

Boot everyone who has any negative sh*t to say; be it your cat, best friend or wife. Boot em. Life's too short to put up with negative people. Period.

Most of the stress comes from things we got no control over, so why mess with them?

Good meaning people who stand between us and our goals are usually the biggest stressor in life. It isn't worth it.

The quality of my life improved once I cut loose everyone who was getting in the way of my life. Other humans like us to be like them. It's wrong. Always was and always will be!

In case you've been diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, maybe this info won't help much.. in case you got everyday problems, then this is going to make a world of a difference.

Yeah I work on a farm so always standing or moving very rare to sit down ;) It's the bending and lifting that's gotten me.

All the health nuts on here going on about eating and drinking obviously have never had a medical injury no amount of water or walking daily is going to fix you from having an operation. I was a full-time fighter that was my job, my job took a tole on my body I was active and fit, nothing could prevent injury when it's your time its your time.

I rarely get sick and when I do it's usually because of lack of sleep or stress. If I have a cold I drink some green tea with lemon and ginger. No pills, no nothing. In fact, even when I have a headache, I prefer to sleep it off instead of popping in some advil. Don't drink much coffee, because it gives me high blood pressure.

I'll tell you a big secret. If you want to prevent many diseases take Hemp Oil or Black Seed Oil (Black Cumin) and those fish oil capsules help, too. Take that stuff for a few weeks and you'll feel better. Keep taking them for months and you might even prevent cancer and diabetes or at least build up a strong immune system. Pakistan supposedly exports the top quality stuff.

I had a red scaly rash below my knee about 6 months ago and I rubbed the oil all over it. It burned a bit, but after a few days of rubbing it with oil the rash was gone.

i wake up completely soaked in sweat, i get panic attacks,...
because of my bad childhood, i'm fucked up.
But i'm actually starting to not give a crap about it lately, first time in my life..
and it feels good

Your gut plays a big part in your mood

this is true... I myself have IBS and probably there is nothing worse than that, but right now everything is okay, everything can be fixed with right medications... when you have problems with guts it doesn't only hurts your mood but also social life, I remember back then when I didnt know what is going on with me I was scared to go to supermarket because you are literally scared of shiting your pants if line in supermarket is too long and there is no toilet... probably shities part of my life was period of when I didnt know what is going on with my stomach...

I have many health issues but the worst and not curable (at least I think so) is my tinnitus.
I hear strong noises on both my ears everyday every minute. It gets more noticeable during the night or when it is quiet around.
I've accepted it. I try not to focus too much on it but it is there. I rarely get a full sleep and sometimes the noise is so loud I get headaches.

but you get at least get big money from ufc , right ? no ?

LOLOL. How many make it?

When I was fighting there was NO UFC. I was fighting most weekends, traveling during the week was rare to get my hotel, bus or flight paid for.

Used to travel to small venues (warehouses, school gyms, back room in a pub) get paid a couple of hundred IF I was lucky, the most money I ever made was betting on myself but then if that was going on, those kinds of venues where best avoided! If I had fights away I used to try and slot in a training camp for low cost living food/lodge included, got to see some great places, meet great people - but if you got beat badly fighting the following weekend or two was not an option.

I had friends who used to fight one weekend then become an extra in a tv show for a stun or something that was never for me, I did start to work the door but that gets in the way of training and so on.

The first thing to do is to seek God and then secondly get a doctor.

Thirdly, eat plenty of fruits and exercise frequently.

However, you may have to pick your fruits based on the type of health challenge you are facing.

Just came out of one, and know what am saying.

Apple, Cucumber, Banana, Moringa Leaf, Garlic & Ginger are fruits you should consider.
