Trouble with twitter

Hi I am having trouble with Twitter and was wondering if anyone else has the same prob. I am using Twitter Friend Adder 3 and I am only adding 150 friends every two weeks at most but when I go to my account they are not added. I also have tried to add about 5 people to my account manually and again I am not receiving them, but people can ad me
