I am not sure you know that or not. But these type of links will affect moz spam score as sooner or later domain will be over optimized and moz will start treating links from that as spam. I made around 50 links from high da domains but now my spam score is crazy 58%. And time is took around a years in that links so there was no heavy spamming at all.

Those links are discounted. Like totally discounted. They won't do anything for your site.
