I never use the same device I have used in the past which is why I mentioned burner phones.

I'm not technical enough to know if PP sees the actual device but for the couple of dollars it takes I don't take the chance.

@davids355 could probably give some legit advice as to what PP sees but I'm nothing more than a clown in a canoe trying not to catch fish as it would interrupt my afternoon.

Well they can probably see browser type, browser version, browser cookies etc, machine OS, some other machine details. Of course IP address.

But there are only so many things they can see.

My personal Paypal account got permanently suspended recently. I was just selling social media services and never got any chargeback so in account. I Phoned paypal support and they were saying we can't tell you actual reason for suspension.

I asked them if I can create Paypal account they told you can create account but you can't withdraw any money to any bank account.

While not being able to withdraw is an issue and a set back, its not a death blow. It will just cost you.

If you cant withdraw directly from PP to the bank, you will just have to find a different way to do it. Like buying cryptos and selling them, or through an exchanger, or through a freelancing site.

What sucks is that youll lose 10-25% of your money no matter what you do, but it is what it is.

The only way to not lose money would be, say, you buy something with your PP balance and then sell it for the same amount or for profit, and whwn you sell it you get paid via Payoneer or Cryptos or direct bank transfer etc. Now you lose nothing, maybe even gained.

Or use the PP balance to buy something physical. Say you buy gold or silver with it, and then sit on it and wait for prices to go up. When they do, you sell. But im just thinking outloud on this gold and silver idea, i dont know a thing about it.

Dont waste your time to create another PayPal account and doing SMM service.
They won't allow that. I already got mine 3 > account permanent limitation few days ago.
Even after I use a very complex algorithm to hide my SMM site, hiding the payment under legitimate site.
Yet PayPal still can detect it. They are multi billion & experienced company, they are not stupid.

Your long term solution is by using High Risk credit card processor, or your local credit card processor.

Hard to find the legit one.
