My issue is that I want something longish term and scalable (obviously in IM, nothing is super long term) but I don’t know what type of IM to begin with. I tried affiliate marketing however I stopped that because I don’t know how to properly analyse if it worth lthe risk of wasting my money building links because I don’t know whether it’ll be able to even rank close to the the top, the search volume is 8000 a month with KWD 11. I thinking of trying CPA with MaxBounty as I’ve been approved.
Basically not sure where to really invest me money and time.

8k search with KWD 11 is a nice metric, you can't be totally sure about the KWD because other software might say something else but sounds good, should not be that hard to rank at all.

Read your pinned post earlier this week. Related with you when you were talking about it being cold af, sleeping on the ground, and no one giving a shit. That's how these things go. But hey, I'd rather be born from where I was (no big footsteps to follow), coming from where I come from. Every pain and struggle makes me who I am. Builds character and perspective. No one can take that from me. I don't have a legacy that I'm scared to tarnish. Nothing to lose, no matter how far we go.

Good to hear you doing better bro, alcohol can be a real nasty addiction especially because A it's legal and B it's everywhere. I always say, I might haven't achieved a lot but I certainly overcame a lot which made me really resistant. I pretty much never stress about things that people that had sort what of a "normal" life stress about and I can generally deal better with things than others. We'll get there eventually, we just took a d-tour

@Billy Batts thanks for the quality, personal post. My biggest struggle is the absence of faster feedback loop. Here's what I mean:
When you play a game, you know the outcome relatively fast. 10 minutes, 25 minutes, or even an hour. The outcome gives you an insight of how well you did. This is great since you can measure your progress incrementally. In IM, these feedback loop is harder to find. Currently, I'm building two niche sites and wrote 20k(It's not much I know)words based on what other people have told me. I'm using Google Search Console, Google analytics, and Amazon Associates reports as my feedback loop. I have yet to get a single affiliate sale and it's hard to pinpoint why.
As a boss, how do you find your feedback loop? Is it internal? Do you regularly review your work with colleagues?
20k not much? Pfff I do not even want to think about it gheghe. GSC and GA don't really provide the data you need. I mean, yeah it gives good data about your visitors but it doesn't show KW metrics like search volume, competition.
So it doesn't matter how much you wrote, if you only used KW's with high competition it's pretty much impossible to rank unless you have a huge budget and I'm talking 5-6 numbers. The art is to find KW related to your nich that has a descent volume but low competition.

So I might make a start on that eBook then as there some people that are interested but I can't stress enough that it's no quick method stuff. It takes quite some work in totality and it will take some time before you will get results but done right it is long term and could make you a descent income.
