Im currently on soccer niche and making 0$. I dont know what tto do to monetize it. I've tried dropshipping football products,affiliate on football products, selling shoutouts and 0 results.

I've got 80k followers and 20% engagement rate.

Sell shoutouts. Don't overcomplicate it. With 80K followers and engagement rate that high you could earn $30-50 a day.

Promote betting websites, deposit bonuses, betting tips memberships, try to sell popular jerseys and sports equipment.
Create some pools for example Man. City VS Schalke prior to the champions league game. Do it for every game and save the data. After that you will be left with numbers that give you an idea who your fans cheer for. Use it to promote that team jerseys for example.
These were just some broad ideas, there are many ways to monetize it.

Sign up as an affiliate for the top soccer betting sites like betfair and also put some AdSense ads. I have had great success with AdSense and suggest you go that way.

Maybe you are targeting a wrong audience. If I were you, I will setup a blog on football, put latest news and upcoming events and matches on it, then signup to one or two sites that predicts football results, and each time some one signup, I will be paid. Also, consider including google adsense too and earn residual income from your niche blog.
