What's with Bing not accepting Cards?

Forget the days to work with Bing with that method. For each of the bing ads newly created account you must have to contact with them to enable the payment method. They will create a support ticket, one of their representative will contact with you via phone to confirm the card details. Then they will ask for a 2-3 hours to verify your info.

If they get you as a legit person, you'll get a message that your account is reinstated. And then you will be able to add your payment method without any issue. Otherwise, your account will be blocked permanently. This is the only way to work with BingAds for now.

Hey, Though I've not been working with Bing for the last 2 months. Converted myself cause, Adwords traffic is going well for me for now. But, I think I may help you giving some suggestions for the Bing paused service.

bing is pretty hard now. But if you know what you are doing, then making burn accounts isn't that tough.
