I am satisfied NordVPN member since 3 years now so I might be biased but I think you are comparing apples with oranges. Windscribe might give you a different ip, but what about logs and privacy? Windscribe says they have a "no logs" policy but you already know that is a total BS because they are a Canadian business, hence they HAVE to be compliant to anti piracy legislation. Not forgetting that Canada copyright laws are same as the US ones. Basically you pay to be snooped on all the time. NordVPN is a Panamian SA business. Enough said.
