I got 4 website recently, total traffic is about 60k per month. I would like to look for suggestion which plan is suitable for this. Because now my site is running slow, Soemtime have to wait more than 5 seconds to get response from the server.
Is this also affect SEO ranking?
Those website will get more traffic in future.

Any expert please advised.?

1) Where are located the VPS ? (USA, UK,...)
2) Do you have an affiliate program, I can drive you traffic....

That really depends, if it is optimized properly shared hosting will work just fine. It could be that the server you're on is over loaded, that happens a lot with shared hosting companies. We keep the number of users on our servers very low and utilize Cloudlinux to maintain stability and speed. You might however think about getting a VPS w/cPanel/WHM so that you can optimize even more.

VPS' are located in USA/Canada border. We do not have an affilaite program.

cPanel licenses are not included in the price, they charge their own fees that we have no control over.

Your account hit a verification flag because your billing address was in United States but your IP was in the UK :). We have to protect ourselves from chargebacks I'm sure you understand.
