Interesting. Don't you look into the quality of the backlinks/spam record before purchasing an old domain? Usually speaking, what is the TF/CF ratio you would be down with before acquiring (or any other metric that you gander at before fetching it)?

Perfect way to get the domain deindexed with tons of faked up buyers and waste of time.

In short - domain with tons of outbound contextual backlinks = domain build to manipulate ranking and no need human eye to note this. I used this 4 years ago and it worked until update.

There still have good way to do this. Directory style. Much less SEO value of the links, but safe. Example yelp and related where SEO impact for the links inside is minimal. Do you remember squido, ezinearticles, xanga and so on - all they were penalted and some of them deindexed because this.
Alternatively - sell only 1 link on this domain on the home page and ask for monthly fee.

No, Big G doesn't reset anything, If they do we wouldn't be hurting for expired domain till date. Moreover, DA/PA are not Big G's metrics, Moz's got them and everyday SEO guy out there put them to work. Google Owns PR (Page Rank ) which is way outdated couples years back.

I've made it known several times but will still try myself again. For the sake of this project, You are ok with PA/DA alone, Just make sure they are on the high side ( let say 25+) You could then look into TF (say 15 + ) CF (Citation Flow ) metric is just how well you're spreading out your links on the website. If you're hella spamming your website URL, You will get good CF but will hurt your TF. So why have the RATIO of TF/CF as a metric? These two are independent factors and shouldn't be considered anyways.

Take it easy on yourself ! Everyone's got a story! But I tell you what? You need money to start projects like this - Domain, Hosting, Contents and a hell lot more. So I will advise you starting on Fiverr or if you could work your way to getting qualified for Jr.VIP, I might be helpful in sponsoring some of your sales thread (Contents , Desing and all) . But you gotta prove you got the skill first !

But the thing with Venezuela is the filters cost a huge, or most of the time you don't find anything, cause of lacking products.

Heya mr Topiano, I have a bro that is super tech, regardless in computation, programming, design, he lives in Chile, the thing is, he support us in Venezuela like with 150$ a month but thats not enough for a family, the thing is, he can helped me with a little invest, also i'm good on repairing pc, going depth in technical issues as input lag, latencys, hardware,software, but im not a programmer, nor a web-designer. but i have helped people to diagnose their mother-board firmware issues, like addresing audio issues as stuttering, cause of poor implementation of firmware in motherboard

No, you're getting it wrong , You're meant to optimize the Guest Post Page and not all pages.

The extra contents are meant for the Outreachers just to get convinced enough that your website is niche targeted.

I think most bloggers do this to make some extra income. Specially if you are in tech field, ton of software companies contacts to review their software
