Do you have some problems with your health?

Hungry for apples? Eat lots of apples. they are amazing health-boosters. If you don't believe me then just google it. There is new research showing that the old "apple a day keeps the doctor away" is more correct than we thought!

First thing you should change your mind like you are strengthen. then take healthy foods and try to be an active then automatically you would feel better

I have some autoimmune disease. As it turned out it was associated with growth hormone. It deficiency can cause different diseases. Here I found useful info about this.

When I was a kid I use to poke needles on my teeth pretending to be a dentist. Also, when I am in a stressful situation, I would grind my teeth real hard.

Now as an adult, I have lost 4 tooth total, and about 5 more of them have chipped probably due to misalignment. It's really hard for me to chew food right now. All because of my stupid childhood curiousity :(

I brush my teeth twice a day without fail.

No, I am healthy.
Workout, sleep and I eat healthy.

Only if you hit him (the doc) in the head with the apple .....
Too many apples every day will make you fat, slow and possibly diabetic.

Lastly i couldn't sleep, i'm sleeping 4h day - from 8-9 a.m to 1 p.m - every time i'm going to bed i'm start thinking that i'm losing time, so i keep reading/studying and u know that's a circle.

As I get older things get worse... I've got sciatica (would never wish that on anyone) which I think comes from years of just lifting weights and fighting. I've got arthritis in both my knees had keyhole twice the joys of Kyokushin! Plus crashing a car finished them off! Snapped the ligaments in my foot was walking on it the following day (following doctors advice) and since then never been able to twist my foot to the left.

I get issues with my shoulder as well. Most of my physical health is from doing martial arts for 28 years no one tells you the pitfalls when you start!

My mental health is as good as it has been for a long time, I do have anger issues although I speak to someone once every 8 weeks now so improving. Still, I can't do group work as it pisses me off ;) but I speak to someone to keep me in check.

All good and I'm only in my late 30s...

I have heart disease, it sucks. It limits my productivity but other than that it’s all good.

I’m trying to have a low sodium, healthy lifestyle now.

My tip is: If you are suffering a disease, illness you should join facebook groups, forums or community about it. It’s really helpful talking to other people that can relate to you.

Nothing too serious, or at least i don't know. Only mild lower back pain, i have it for 20 years now. There are periods when it's worse, and the pain runs through the leg like a lightning bolt. It's no fun. How do i deal with it? You can't live on painkillers unless you're Max Payne, so you get used to it.
