Is it normal that when I order a product, and this order is delivered < 3 hours, and my next order of that very same product isn't delivered after 12-ish hours and I therefor ask to cancel the order, you simply refuse to cancel the order and out of nowhere still deliver the service?

This is extremely unprofessional, since due to the fact that you didn't deliver in a timely manner - I placed an order in another panel and thus get twice the product now - which is not pleasant at all.

Very, very disappointed about this ridiculous way of work!

Scam rules? please think before you comment something like that. We not forcing you to buy from us, there is another payment gateway you can deposit. IF you don't like these rules, there is 1000 of the panel now, you can buy from them.

Read terms, its clearly written there, max delivery time 48 hrs. If we failed to deliver we will refund that order and money. Without valid reason, we can't cancel any order. you are buying something that can be down at any time if social media update their system.
