Yes, it`s just footage recorded within the game. There are tons of vids like that. Not only with games like GTA or Fortnite but also with football and racing games / simulators...with some cheeky Seo titles as well to help rank...
I recently watched a 10 min video on YT with footage from an F1 race...and it took me a couple of minutes to realize it`s not the real deal, but just a recorded in-game footage of a race played...apparently Asseto Corsa is just that good

IMO Youtube worked better than me for Twitch. YT is great, the exposure is great even for small youtubers. I've run a few test experiments, what do you need to know?
