How many accounts per proxy connections?

If i buy residential proxies 50 max connections. How many accounts can i manage?
I was looking for proxyrack and i can't understand the difference.

What is the difference per connections? threads?

But you should go for max 3 accounts/proxy. Is the safest way

But 60 USD for 3 Proxies so 20 USD is very too much... Why since january there were no problems? Now seems instagram wants only that we buy residential ones...

Who in this world would buy a residential IP (proxy) for 20$ a month ?
Those proxies are around 2$ each even lower.
