.dev domains are out of early access!

The new Google offered .dev domains are out of early access, meaning they don't cost 10x what they usually do!

Some valuable names are still shown as premium however costing 100-800dollars.

Has anyone jumped in and bought something?

Ah no man they are just being hyped and nothing, i thought to bought the domain of my name but it was something like more than 500$. I mean seriously man?
After an year or two they will be lowered down and then it will be good time to buy them.

That's only for some predetermined premium domain names. Every new extension has that. Every other domain is 15$.

I jumped in, I scored a 5 letter dictionary word for 200 bucks. Going to spend 6 months with seo and social media and try to flip it before the renew in a year which is also 200.

I was thinking about doing the same, but figured there is no point on paying that much. Though maybe I was wrong, we'll see. Got myself 2 other domains.

Im interested to see if the google algorithm will favor .dev domains over everything but the .com, .edu, .org, .net, and .gov sites. Will see what happens.
