I was about to say that maybe a PBN you used got deindexed, but this is WhiteHat. Maybe check if any links have penalized you? Disown them.

It shows no manual action taken. I have bought decent amount of backlinks, maybe that is the issue. Something is definitely up. How to I check for bad bank links and remove them? How do I know if they are shit? Thanks guys

Your unnatural link building may be the reason for losing the ranking. Because the 2 months old domain has 949 Do-follow backlinks.

Also, follow the anchor text ratio for better ranking. See this thread for anchor text ratio.

Thanks for the input. This domain is a 301 redirect from a 3 year old domain. Previous domain had over 2000 backlinks, still didnt even show up yet, so do you think it could still be that? Ill look into the text anchor stuff, thanks so much!

Well as I understand it, a 301 domain's backlinks rank for the site that they are redirected too, so if they are spammy, then they can influence it.

Check the Penalty if there is any.

Nothing was spammy on the old domain, just started backlink stuff less than 2 months ago once I found this website. I just want to know what caused this and how I can fix it! My main 3 keywords rank, but everything else fell far. So odd. Like if you google rent palm trees, or rent palm trees in CT or NY or NJ, or buy palm trees in CT, I am still 1 or 2, it is mmy other 24 keywords I am tracking that tanked

Check the Penalty if there is any.

I did, no manual penalty

So stressed over this shit

Ill pay some $50 to dissavow all my bad links if you think it will help!?

I can understand your stress.

But why are we discussing this in Whitehat, you seem to be neck deep in blackhat :D

Humour apart, 301 redirects are something which gets caught up very fast, rather direct linking from the domain / website would have better benefited

Ah good point lol. Sorry. I thought 301 was the best way to go to not lose link juice. Shows what I know. What a mess. I guess its good that there is no manual penalty though?

301 is the best way to not lose link juice, you are spot on but how long will you get the link juice is the question. Since there is no manual penalty, yours will get back rankings once you clean up the mess and google crawls it couple of times or may be in the next update

Ok, well that is good to know. I think It must be from when I first started learning about backlinks and purchased some shitty ones with terrbly written articles. That was before I learned about the possible reprocussions!

What can I use to look at my shitty links and how would I know what to remove?!

Use majestic or ahref to reveal the links and note the ones that is obviously spammy and disavow those

What if I stuffed my keywords too much? ICan anyone help? Maybe that is the issue

In case anyone cared, my rankings just all recovered today. Several keywords jumped up to where they were before, some higher. In the end, it WAS keyword stuffing. Some of my density was at 11% for certain keywords. I re wrote the content and submitted the url to re crawl again and then updated my rankings on accuranker literally 10 minutes later, and the effect already took place. I even ranked for keywords which I never ranked before, which to me is odd. Is it always that fast to update ranking like that on google?

Look there a lot of factors that now play game role in organic rankings and traffic.
There is dancing also involved a lot but if you dont fix website then you are in trouble.
You can pm your domain to see what are the problems and how to solve them.
