Its like having a unique selling point over the channel that will make your channel different from others, else you will get lost in that niche.Never heard of it, what is it?

He uploads just gameplays without commentary. It's amazing how it ranks on Youtube.
Look the statistics of this channel:

I took the idea from it.
Thanks. I was answering to people who say that gaming channels without commentary don't work.Man, you are looking at an account that is 3 years old with thousands of uploads. Don't be upset when you don't have lots of views and uploads yet. You don't know what work that user did outside of YouTube, but most importantly, they didn't start with 500,000 subscribers. For the first 2-3 months it looks like they only got 0-5 subscribers a day on average, uploading videos almost every day on average. Look they have videos uploaded over 2 years ago, one of their first videos, that still only have less than 1000 views. It's totally normal for new channels to get 0 views on their new videos. You aren't ranking highly. YouTube doesn't trust you yet. The most important thing you can do is keep uploading if you want to make this a long term success. You aren't guaranteed success. You might upload perfect videos every day and still get less than 1 sub per day on average for years. That's unfortunately the reality. But if you want the best chance for success, keep doing what you are doing. 3-4 uploads per week if you can manage it, post on social media, share the post in the comments of other people's Twitter posts, share in relevant groups on Facebook, share on Reddit, make comments on other youtube videos.
Few days ago I started a new channel about a gameplay niche, these videos are speachless, I put just some captions here and there, videos last around 10 minutes.
I'm paying close attention to video seo, I'm helping with a couple of tools, TubeBuddy and vidIQ.
I built social pages on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Reddit. I upload at least a FHD video a day, I share them on my socials using catchy preview pics and captions.
After 5 days all that I gained is just 3 subscribers and around the same amount of unique views.
I'm worried to upload others videos because I fear my poor engagement rating may sink my channel definitively.
What else should I do?
P.S. I avoid black hat seo on YT.
