Skype Id V/s Skype User Name

We represent @Parker2010 - a couple of SEO/PBN Threads.

Recently, few of our clients contacted somebody from Australia with Skype User Name as our Skype Id - but this person didn't reply and our clients thought like we are not replying them.

Another client faced similar issue and was about to transfer BTC to this person - who doesn't represent @Parker2010 at all whereas he says he does.

NOTE: We don't have any other Skype id / email or website apart from which is mentioned in our SEO/PBN Threads.- as follows:

Skype Id: sparker_273 (This is not Skype User Name)

Email: [email protected] / [email protected]

That's why I'm also not using Skype frequently. Skype makes contacting anyone pretty easy and that is one reason there are lot of scammers there

Yes his concerns are absolutely right. Scammers make similar looking id's and then try to scam clients. It has happened with my clients many a times. In order to avoid scam, clients/people must look for:

ACTUAL ID OF THE SKYPE. For example, mine skype is: martworld11. My imposter has made a similar looking skype but his id is: "live:martworld11". So there is a difference of "live:".

In Short, one should look for SKYPE ID of the guy, and not the SKYPE USERNAME. SKYPE ID will let you know the whether the guy is genuine or fake.

My advice is to register at both Live and Normal skype. It will close this possibility.

How would solve this serious issue? What happens if he creates a new Skype id and uses your Skype Name?

Now scammers will use this tutorial. Not everyone was knowing.

The method has actually been up for long. I have my ID duplicated by the scammers as well. Nearly all BHW trusted marketplace sellers are having this issue.Shows the scammer is an insider.
