How long will the VPS last ?

depends on your use and how strong your vps is
My personal experience, 3 vps 8 cores 111 GB of ram, and live more than a month( in the most case around 45 days to 60 days)

Not that I am running 24/7 and using Zenno product, would eat my CPU 100% all the time( i have a software that will run vps again if failed) So 100% CPU is not a issue at least with the Zenno product
(In this case, Google lend me over 1000$ in debt). This is not a warranty time of account living just a suggestion.
If you don't use any resource, then you have 10 months left to use it(as all my account is in testing for 1-2 months before)

I should mention in the main thread Yes it's safe to use without any issue regarding card or lawsuit. Cards are obtained in a legally way. In fact, those are empty funds card, So Google will not able to charge the card.
