to prevent been scam .

when someone want to buy your site and you willing to sell it

what steps to do ?
like how to transfer the website , from your current host provider to their choice
and come payment is ask client pay upfront first than once everything transfer pay the rest?

Use escrow payment service. Thats the most safest.

You can sell through flippa. Or in your domain login, there is a iption for "Domain transfer"

Use escrow. It is best for such deals.

Paypal is good, but i can't gurantee about it, as I hv sell it myself via escrow and many blogs and websites recommend escrow for safe and secure flipping
