bingads proxy

hello bhw,
i tried a lot's of residential ip's, but i cant able to add bingads payment method first time i think its my bin problem then i tried random bins, but not works, now i sell some peoples do bingads well, any one can give solution which ip is working for bingads or anyone can provide

Adding payment method to bing ads account is the trickiest part of account making. There are lots of variables involved. BIN/VCC is just one of them.

i have bin, i know about working bin's also just required proxy that work

You should have good proxies & specific bins to create bing ads account successfully.
I'm using anonymous-proxies.net without having any issue.
