Let s say you are in pharma , smm or adult business etc...
Turn to a good merchant processor not an high risk. Show them a nice website with a regular product ( T-shirt for example ).
Second step you got your contract with the normal merchant processor.
From your "high-risk" website you redirect the payment to the T-SHIRT website payment page.

Hope I was clear enough.... Think out the box is always the best part of a any business

pretty simple. it goes:

ShadySite => prepare payload for transaction for ProxyBusinessSite => passes payload to paypal/stripe/whatever api => Payment Processor completes processing/acquires authorization sends payload to ProxyBusinessSite => forwards Payload to ShadySite.

Not need to expose your end user to the ProxyBusinessSite at all and payment processor has not exposure to your ShadySite.

It will work with any payment processor. You just need a intermediary store front for woocommerce which is basically a proxy for your "shady site" transaction data. The payload is the transaction data from the shady site, which you translate into a "legit" order on your intermediary site.

Good set up is your company juridiction, status, and form.
I mean by easy, that high risk merchant exists for a purpose.
You need to apply with a serious and trustable company. They are here to make business as us.
