How I can make money with this idea!

Hello,
I built a website that scrapping other websites for files and sort them inside one big database.
It's very importent files that other sites sell each one for $5-$12.
I'm currnelty have the biggest database on internet, I have around 55.000 file.
After 2 weeks and half of running the website I got daily 100-200 visit.
And today I hit 1000 member.
People can access the database free of charge while other website charge around $100-$500 for yearly subscription.
My problem is I set up VIP membership to access all files without any limitation but there is no sales at all.
I can't use paypal becuse it doesnt work in my country, I'm only using direct bank transfer and western union.
My price start from $50 to $100 it's realy low comparing to other website that have half of my files.

Becuse I don't have a good way like paypal to make people pay me money there is no sales at all.
No one will use bank transfer these days.
I'm looking on other way to make money from the website, I will make all of it for free,
I searched around and I coudnt find away to make google adsense work on my website.
Anyway they will not accept my website becuse it's new.
Is there any other way to make money from it! good affilute program in 2019?

Any affiliate offers you could promote? Could you do CPA? Like gpagrip?

If I sell one account thats mean $50 while most affilute program will make with this low visitors around $10 per month
I'm losing alot of money!
Anyway I don't think I'm able to use CPA, my kind of files will make problems..

You outlined the files have been scraped, are the files your trying to sell pirated?

What niche are you files in, i might be able to make some suggestions if i knew that?

Depending on your niche, BTC may be a good option for you, but I would look into getting Paypal setup first. JV with someone, buy an account here on the marketplace, or find family/friends you trust to partner with you.

If you're selling pirated content, keep in mind these people find your site to avoid paying $5 - $12 like you mentioned, so sales would be pretty minimal, but with volume it might be worth it.

Have you tried Stripe? If you can't do that then maybe try making your site free to access for a limited amount of time and then content locking the site with CPA. Or require users to refer your site (X) amount of times before they can access. And sell the site for money once you start getting more traffic. Or sell advertising space.

You must be scraping video courses, maybe put some CPA, course affiliates can earn u something, don't be greedy, as you pirated others work.

1. Upgrade to Jr. VIP
2. Launch a BST
3. $$$

I'm guessing people are downloading these files? I know nothing about pay per download but there may be a way to pair the files with ppd offers and make some money that way while still keeping the site free for members

You have answered your own question here - I put the important points in bold.
If you can see direct examples of other sites making money from the same thing you have, employ the same tactics - it almost sounds like you have the perfect blueprint to follow.

You don't have paypal in your country, ok, just do some searching on the blackhatworld marketplace - you will find that you can purchase a paypal account regardless of your geo.
