How can ppi network check status of setup ?

You got a long way to go buddy, good luck.
But I'll try to be helpful. First you make your users download the exe file right? The installer that the PPI network gave you? Then the users will run it on their computer to install it. So when the users run the installer (the exe file given by the PPI network), their installer (the exe file) will call the PPI Network's server and tell it "Hey, I was installed on this computer, because of this affiliate (you)". And after that call made by the exe file, you will get compensated.

Thank you. I understood it. But i also have a question, they gave me a download link. Does it affect to their tracking system ?
So if i download file and send it to my visitor directly, is it available ?

That's the one thing that you never got to do in PPI business.
Make your users download the file thru the link the PPI network gave you, or ask them for a "direct-link" to give to your users.
EDIT:
These PPI networks got to track impressions too (if I understand this term correctly) and other stuff. Amd this is also crucial to make sure that that install came from you.

It's done via registry keys. The installer bundle checks for given keys, if yours are there, an installation is triggered. More or less like this, I believe.

This is kinda old post, but I cant just leave this here.
Reg-keys is only one of tons of possible ways. @OP, unless you have enough resource (including time and knowledge) and if your trying to emulate installs to bring fake installs to those networks, I advice pls dont, you will get nowhere.
