Hi guys, I'm new to wordpress and I have a question, or rather a problem that needs to be solved. I have my own wordpress website and when I wanted to edit the text on the front page, I just edited the blog and as I updated it my whole content from the website deleted ( only on the first page). When I go to edit page the content is there, but only I as an administrator can see it, but not visitors.
If anyone knows a solution for this do tell, because I have tried a lot of thing but fear to not make a bigger catastrophe, so I stopped :D

Thanks in advance, Up^rising

Maybe this will work for you:
1. Try to clear the cookies of your browser.
2. Make sure that the page you edit ( the front page ) is set to "Publish immediately".
3. Make sure that the page you edit is set as Home Page. To do that, go to Settings -> Reading -> Your homepage displays -> Check "A static page" -> Select the page you edit to be the homepage.

Still nothing... Thanks for the answer tho

Did actually hit publish or unintentionally hit save draft?

Did you set a date for the release?

Maybe try to go through settings in your panel and see if viewers are allowed only to administration group or something. Can't quite help because I didn't worked with WP for about 2 months and I forgot some things.

Make sure it’s set to published and public. Also, try using the revisions feature and put it back to how it was before you edited it.

Lastly, if they don’t work, in editor, click visual and copy the text to a notepad, then click text, delete all content, then paste it back in from notepad. Then you’ll get a simple unformated version. See if that displays in front end, then go from there.

Also clear all cache from your browser, and flush any caching plugins installed on your Wordpress site.
