Dcma is applicable only in USA, are those all sites USA registered?
Copyright Infringement laws are not only in USA. The DMCA is only a source that can help guide, but either way, it's illegal.

Here he goes again. Yes I can see your website with its huge 40 a month traffic is highly desirable for website pirates.

However I am glad to see you have finally started to pay for ads (a whole 100 visitors a month) instead of pretending ye olde 20m spent on traffic.

Well done, congratulations.

The only reason why there would be 19 similar sites, is in fact because your website is a cheap script that can be purchased by anyone.

Coroner's report indicates a single gunshot wound to the head execution-style, as well as numerous second to third-degree burn marks on OPs post.

lol, pointless.
Nothing was done ESPECIALLY for him, and that's the point.
Free & Public images, now tell me again that the copyright owner still owns the copyright.
No trademark or copyright issues here.

Read the OP. I said the entire site, images, text, content, design, layout. Everything was copied...

This is just not true at all. Just because an image is posted to IMGUR does not give anyone the right to use it for whatever they want. The copyright owner still owns the copyright.
The content creator retains the copyright, but the uploader grants Imgur, and anyone who downloads the photo, a perpetual and irrevocable license to use the image in almost any context.

https://imgur.com/tos
With regard to any file or content you upload to the public portions of our site, you grant Imgur a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable worldwide license (with sublicense and assignment rights) to use, to display online and in any present or future media, to create derivative works of, to allow downloads of, and/or distribute any such file or content.

In that case, the designer would be the legitimate copyright owner, and the person filing the DMCA would be committing several crimes, including fraud and perjury.

Some people new to negative SEO will abuse DMCAs to take out the competition, but they tend to back down quickly when they realize that they could face steep fines, or even jail time for repeat offenses.

Sorry my English poor can't get you , so you mean in fact that person who file complain , will get backfire instead? Not those web site owners? where by they happen get the Same website designer which one of them claim others copy his site

I got about 10 websites removed from Google search results by filing a DMCA with Google for FREE :).
So it worked for you too?? That's great new, congrats to that.

How long did it take after submitting your case?

Why are you using imgur to host your site's images instead of your CDN? I don't get it.

The hosting provider will inform them and pretty say change it or its gone. If they don't change, then boom. Problem is solved.

I know what you are talking about, I have seen at least 2 Turkish panels with the same design just different colors.

The thing is, who do you blame? the panel owner? the coder?

And if you talking about TEXT as well, please explain to me this;

Wrong. Please guys stop this sharing of plainly incorrect information. You should have read the very next paragraph on Imgur:

USE OF IMGUR CONTENT
By downloading an image or copying other user-generated content (UGC) from Imgur, you agree that you do not claim any rights to it. The following conditions apply:
  • You may use UGC for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You may use UGC for anything that qualifies as fair use under copyright law, for example journalism (news, comment, criticism, etc.), but please include an attribute ("Imgur" or "courtesy of Imgur") next to where it is displayed.
  • You may not use UGC for non-journalistic commercial purposes.
  • Your use of UGC is at your own risk. IMGUR MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, and you will indemnify and hold Imgur harmless from any copyright infringement claims arising out of your use of the UGC. (See our general disclaimers below.)
You may not copy or use any portions of our site that are not UGC except within the limits of fair use.

SMM.net is owned by multiple people. One of them, being the owner of InstantFans. Although our services are different, I think IF might laugh if I told him I was taking him to court over copying his FAQ when he originally helped me set up the site :D

I'm still waiting to see one of these (fictitious?) copied sites

People just trying to attack you without knowing your business. It's really crazy to me. Already in this thread they act like they know 1) Your budget 2) Your traffic 3) Your copyright rights. I guess some of these guys are competitors of yours and some are just jealous.

Why would they link to one of their competitor sites who is stealing their content? Why are you calling him a liar? The information he is sharing is logical.

Alright, lets take a look at your website

You see that? You're the 1038261-th guy who is selling smm services. You're nothing special. Really. Nobody gives a fuck about your panel or your $10k domain.

This is just another try to spam your '13 in a dozen' website.

The design is 1-2 months old. Domain is 19 years old... Calm down bud.
