Shill me your favorite crypto right now

I rly love concept of Proof of Stake coins (POS)
Even if a BTC is a king there are always "the Shadow of Bitmain" I am almost sure they can do 51%. And network is centralisated
I test some POS coins one even give me 600% profit (which I waste) it was DEV. But I dont know rly legit coins in this system
Truly I dont know which crypto is the best to buy immidietly. It should be BTC if global crisis happend but "the Shadow of Bitmain"
My favourite is Monero. When bitmain make asics for CryptoNight alghoritm they was rly fast to achieve asic resistant they defend decentralisation of their network which should be a mission of good cryptocurrency. Most of devs dont care about it if bitmain start to mine on their alghoritms. But I believe XMR can lost many of price if goverments will focus on killing Privacy coins this will have great impact on volumen but community will prevail I guess

Bitcoin. It has the greatest volatility for swing trading. Good profits every month if you can hit those retracements. Every other coin is a long term hold and essentially pegged to what Bitcoin does, with the exception of Ethereum which only sometimes follows BTC.

For now I suggest to buy ETH for hardfork.

Everything is dumping right now because everyone is moving their money to ETH. It's already up 8.44%. Nearly every alt on Binance is red.

ETH went up to about $160 on the previous run before the big update. So if you believe it will top out around that mark, it hasn't got much further to go.

Price will probably dump hours before the fork on 27th.

Bytecoin , it raised and will raise again and in good price 0.006 I think take some

Look back to Jan. Upgrade originally planned for Jan 16. But price started dumping 8 days before. I had expected price to hold steady until at least a few days before upgrade. But proof once again, no telling what will happen with crypto.

Didn't it dump because it was resceduled?

Lite coin is a good choice - it is really perspective. But for a short time investment -all currencies are going up and down in a same way so it doesn’t matter at all.

Depends on which pump you believe was the real pump.

As Jan approached, there was lots of talk of Constantinople upgrade. But people also had high hopes another Bullrun would start for the new year. At the same time, it bottomed out in price at $84 which felt like an absolute steal at that price. These factors combined and a serious pump started around Dec 20. Went from $84 - 157. Nearly doubled in 12 days.

Then a solid drop to $117 on Dec 27 as smart investors took profit and sold off.

From this moment, another solid pump back up to $151. By this time, some talk was increasing about the upgrade, plus the new year approaching, so people were feeling in the spirit and happy to say goodbye to the 2017 grizzly bear that ate everyone's money.

Then on Jan 9, it started draining again and dropped to $117. Take note here. Notice it bounced at the same level of support as the last drop on Dec 27.

Then on Jan 14, another pump, no doubt purely from planned upgrade, but only 10% increase? This surprised me.

Later that day 14/15 depending on where you are in the world, the upgrade was officially delayed. And subsequent sell off happened until it bottomed at $103, which is same support level as Dec 19.

Upgrade now scheduled for Feb 27. Plan your move accordingly.

Waves. It's been growing decently slow, but I bought it when it was like 50 cents so I'm not complaining

One thousand for a beginner is not a bad start. I would pick Ethereum, OmiseGO, IOTA, Cardano, NEO, and Ontology. Although I think that the author of the post made his choice, the other people may use this information.

I am not aware of the other currenies that you listes but IOTA was considered as a good choose when it was $3 per coin..see the price now.

My opinion is LTC and ETH will follow BTC to another bump (this is not based on any facts, this is just the logical way after this long dump since last year)

How about that pump yesterday for the big three? BTC, ETH, and LTC with solid gains. And then his morning, almost all of it wiped out in 15 minutes. Haha

That were a bit strange - the big fishes are in collaboration :)
