Hi everyone, I have 2 accounts I'm botting on my home IP, in one of them I can't post for some reason. It's been over 2 days and it shows the post has been successfully posted, but in fact it doesn't show up on my page.

I assume IG just delete it right away. I have tried to use different IP and my mobile connection, but it didn't help. Any thoughts how to fix this?

Try to delete Instagram from your phone or tablet and reinstalling it

I tried to post a video and it worked. But can't post images. Why is that?

Try to login from a browser, immitate your phone from the browser and post from there.

If it doesn't work it means your account or IP is flagged. take 5 days of rest.

It didn't work either. As a matter of fact I already took a rest from my last post and right when I came back I couldn't post. I guess my account is flagged because it was all the same when I changed IP. By rest you mean do nothing?

Yes try for 1 week.

If that doesn't work post videos and try again in 2 weeks or so.

have you been using any automation? Or were you doing any spammy activity?

How did you first notice that you weren't able to post images? Were you posting images by a bot? Have you noticed any error messages or issues from the bot or from Instagram recently? If you are posting using a bot that's common and works for most people but you might have gotten your account flagged by doing that (probably just temporary). You might try posting an image and caption, etc, by a phone / tablet / mobile app and see if that works, and verifying the post was made by viewing your account while logged into a different account on an app or browers or while not logged into at all on a web browser.

If you are able to post from an Instagram app ok and the issue with the bot persists beyond a few days you may want to contact the bot company and let them know of the issue, it may be a change on Instagram's side and not anything wrong with your account. Instagram frequently makes changes to its code which bot companies issue updates to work around and if it's an issue you notice only from the bot that may be what's happening here.

It appears to work on a phone, but not with automation. IG seems to have found a way to differentiate it

I'm a little confused, just trying to be helpful here. :) My reply posted above (from me, ssc) was for handsomeone. rkearn17, looks like you are getting errors too, and it's just when you are posting from a bot -- is my understanding correct? If IG is giving you or the bot you are using that error it may be a temporary block (I don't know how exactly to interpret the error message, if it's maybe indicating you are blocked or if it's just not communicating properly with the bot) but if the issue persists for more than a day it may be an issue with Instagram, maybe a glitch that IG will fix or maybe a coding change which the bot company will need to issue a update to fix. If you dont mind saying, what bot program are you using?

I'm currently experiencing the exact same problem which also started 2 days ago. Home ip, white hat account, no previous verifications or even action blocks. Can't post through any device and it's only for pictures. Videos work just fine.
A different account is able to post on the same ip and I have not gotten ANY action blocks ever on those 2 accounts so it can't be a flagged ip/proxy issue.

I guess it's some fuck up by insta which I hope will be fixed soon because I am only experiencing this problem on my biggest account not some spam/cpa throwaway one.

IG isn't against boting .. as long as it's working along with their TOS.

The API is there for a reason.

It's like saying use it but don't use it.

Use Grambr for Instagram on your system and use it posting

I had the same problem and after 5 - 7 days my instagram account was disabled but I recovered it fast. So stop follow - unfollow for 1 - 2 weeks and everything will be ok.

When I post with the bot it says the post has been successfully published with a link to the post. When I press the link there's an error from Instagram that this page does not exist, meaning they might deleted it right away. How long will it last in your opinion?

I am at kinda the same situation right now. I didn't have any previous verifications either but images. I wonder what it going to end, I will keep updating.

That sounds more strict, you had the same issue and then your account was disabled? For what?

It's because of your proxies. Try to post with a different one. Best option would be a 4G mobile proxy. I can't post with most of my IPv4 proxies too.
