I've been trying to upgrade my account for over 3-4 days but no luck . I can't pay directly with my PayPal.

I've sent message to @Apricot for help (manual payment ) but no response so far.

Is there a way someone could help ?

If you have a credit card - use the Stripe option if you can't use PayPal. If you can't use Stripe or PayPal the best channel is http://support.blackhatworld.com/ instead of PM'ing a mod / admin directly.

I had such problem/request last year and i was helped right away by one of forum support. Love how DD came in even on Sunday to address your problem.

What's the usual response time for support tickets?

I've been receiving a 'data conflicted' error with the stripe subscription for some time now, but neither of my tickets (one from February 10th, the other from January) have had any response.

Might take a week or two depending on how busy the mods are.
