Selling starter websites are still profitable on flippa?

I want to sell starter websites on flippa to make some money. Can I still make some money from it for example $1000 per month? which one is my choice below:
One is listing fee $25, and another is $200, which is best for a new comer on flippa? thanks very much

yes and no. i mean if you have say 5 dfferent setups, you can keep reselling them under different domains & tweak the style abit. most sites are selling there for $50-$200 depends on the niche and monetization. the weed, clothing, sex store, baby, etc ones are going towards the 200 and the basic gadget, phone cover, hiking, bicycle, etc are going for around 50. so still a profit(since $20 for listing and say $15 for domain) but not too much unless uve made it nicely. most people i see on there list 1 per week under a different niche each time and use the same format

i mean with the current cost being about $35usd and sites still selling for minimum 50, ull still be making profit, but id get a nice copy/paste of sites set up so u dont have to put too much hard work into it unless u wanna go for the top tier niches that go for 100+

Flippa is all but GREEDY. There price for starter website was just $9 2 to 3 years ago but now have raised substantially. Considering the cost of listing + domain cost + low selling point, you are not gonna succeed. Unless you risk listing multiple websites at once, you may end up loosing. My sincere advice is to stay away from them.

From what I have learned, is that you just need a good sales pitch on flippa, for example that your customer has to-do nothing to earn a passive income because everything is ready made. Just boost this with some enormously high numbers and you are good to go to sell your site for let's say 100$. Source: Dude trust me, I was stupid enough

Coming from someone who has sold and bought multiple Flippa sites, I would recommend doing the $25 first, then waiting 14 days on it and if nothing, try the more expensive packages.

Make sure your pricing and data is up to date as well. Provide even a .mp4 file explaining everything with a on-screen recorder.

absolutely right the greed is unbelievable, i dont even bother with anything flippa in 2019 am unsatisfied with the way they provide support.

I second this. Your sales pitch must make your sites look like a dream come true to buyers. Legal? Yes. Ethical? Not really, but hey, at least they'll learn something.
