The thing with goods on eBay is when the customer complains then pay pal will require their negative every time.

If you're selling copyrighted licenses without permission then you're in for a rough ride. You may bank at the beginning, but it's a matter of time until your account gets suspended and you will have nothing to defend yourself with, potentially losing everything. A churn and burn, disposable business.

why would you lose everything?
Yes, you will get banned from eBay, so you use the profit you made to buy a stealth account and keep going. No, PayPal won't get limited, any money you made is yours. don't tell me otherwise, since I can tell you this by experience. PayPal and eBay are not related!

So i understand the only problem with selling intangible goods in ebay just you will lose when someone complain, and eBay suspend your account when you sell ilegally things ?

so it's normal to sell legal intagible goods & selling real services ?! there no risk in this case just the risk of losing money and time when a buyer complain about your goods ? anyone has experience confirm this please ?

Yes, that's right. Been selling digital goods and service for years on eBay and had no issues except few PayPal cases opened by some scammers.
