Bing/Yahoo search ads feed implementation

Hello,

I`ve heard of people having Bing/Yahoo search ads feed and selling the script to other people against revenue share. It is something like a parked page with Yahoo feed on it.
Basically I want to add targeted ad feeds on a page, either among content, or naked, like these, how do I do that:

Request it directly from the ad network.
It’s not some kind of illegal or custom script, they give it to you.

You are only credited on the second click, but it seems to be profitable as I see more and more domains using this kind of arbitrage.
I'm really shifting monetization model from Google to whatever pays well. Any help please?

So, let me shine some light on this subject. Yahoo allows arbitrage but getting a feed isn’t that easy. It’s not handed out to everyone and only provided by a handful of companies.

You need to have a proper company set up and some money ready to invest.
If you do, you can apply. Once you get approved you can use d2s, s2s and n2s from sources which have to be approved by yahoo. So think GDN for display, taboola for native and AdWords for search. Using push traffic for example is not allowed.
the process is simple. You run a native ad, user clicks on it ends up on a SERP. Once they click on the ads they are being taken to the advertisers page and you will get paid. So yes on a first click basis . Mind you there are niches which are not allowed, such as finance. If you are serious about this and interested in a feed I can make some introductions.
