To engage with the community and collect email lists I want to do a weekly competition. Everyone can take part and do their entry. its a voting contest where they upload a couple of photos and write something & then upload. most thumbs up or whatever wins. I wanna ask you for something that I wonder
1. We know that WP template is human-made. I ever bought the one for my website but when I installed a variety of plugin, some of them cracked or not work properly. What makes it happen? Plugin error or developer mistake?
2. I'm used to using a drop and drag tool to make automatically landing page on WP called DiVi. When I try to use it to make landing pages, it's so difficult to connect every link of the pages. I mean the link from the homepage to the inner page. How to design a landing page easily by this tool? U have tips and tricks?
3. The new WP backend feels so freak. I don't know that name of that design. How to destroy it and back to the longer beeckend appearance without making the mess?

1. That's hard to determine without knowing the theme name or plugin. If you downloaded the plugin or theme from a shady website, it might be a mal-ware backdoor.
2. The Divi Builder comes with a few lay-outs which you can use? Also, I have worked with this website before and it's getting more easier to create a neat landing page.
3. The new WP backend? Do you mean the new WP Editor? If so, you're able to install the 'Classic Editor plugin' to revert back to the 4.9 editor.

Sir is there any plugin that automatically formats the post and uploads them, as you would know in bimbed theme one can submit a guest post, then manual approval is done. So is it possible when the manual approval is done, a plugin can format the post and then it goes live?.

Also what do you advise should one make changes in child theme or directly on demo is fine, changes I mean only change category names, logo and background colour, rest keeping the default theme look.

Sorry, I am not aware of such plugin. If it comes to guest posting, no script or service will be able to verify each post before it goes live according to your requirements. Your best call would be by hiring a PA to check all the submitted guest posts. What I do with completely new themes: I install the theme on two environment: one live and one local. On the local theme, I am importing all the demo content and adjust it to my needs and push it to the live environment.

2) Currently, once I completed the website for my client, my client can update the contents easily as with visual composer, everything is structured in orderly manner that even my client who is a newbie able to update contents with ease. But without a page builder, I guess it will be more difficult for my client to do so.

1) I'd like visual composers, but not the 'big guys' - I'd prefer to have Beaver Builder + Elementor Pro plugin.
2) My suggestion would be to use a page builder in almost every case, but especially the Visual Composer plugin comes with a lot of bloatware.

Do you think site builders are worth using it (if so, which one is the best), or would it be a better idea to use Gutenberg (I do like it, and it's implemented in WP) + learn a bit of coding pages etc.. Right now I use Gutenberg + Elementor.

Gutenberg + Elementor Pro is a good combination; but I really dislike the Gutenberg editor, so I prefer to use the classic editor + Elementor Pro.

Yup, you can upgrade to version 5 without having any problems. Make sure that your theme and installed plugins are compatible with version 5.x.

This is possible with the pro version of the Elementor plugin. Make sure to create three columns, add background image with caption and you're ready to go

I have a english website and planning to create exactly the same one (translate) to another language, but the domain in which I will have the web in the language2 will be different from the domain in English (example):

English: mydomain.com
Language2: domain2.com

And my question is... should i use wpml (never used before), or do I simply create the web in language2 as if it were a completely different one and in the home of each one I put the country flags with the respective links to homepage?

As I never used Wpml i don't know if it brings advantages in this case.
